Privacy Policy

Your information. Your choices.

Last updated

This policy explains how ANTI LTD (“ANTI”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in our apps, including Clink and Haptix, in the ANTI store and account system, and when you contact us. It applies to ANTI services that link to this policy.

No analytics. Ever. We do not collect analytics or use third-party analytics tools in any of our apps.

Our apps have different features. The categories below apply only where an app provides the relevant feature or service. Read this policy alongside the app’s privacy notices, permission prompts and its App Store privacy or Google Play Data safety information. An app-specific notice provides further detail about that app.

1. Information we handle

  • Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive the contact details, messages and attachments you choose to send. If an app offers an account, cloud storage or an online feature, information you submit to that feature may include your account details, preferences and content.
  • Information on your device. Apps may store settings, customisations and content locally to work as expected. Local storage alone does not mean that information is sent to ANTI. Cloud sync, device backups and features that send content for processing depend on the app and your settings.
  • Technical information. If you request support, you may choose to share details such as your app version, operating system, device type or an error report to help us resolve the issue. Where an app offers an online feature, processing the request may require an IP address and operational logs. These are used to provide and secure the service, not for analytics.
  • Purchases. If an app offers purchases or subscriptions, Apple or Google processes the payment under its own privacy terms. Purchase validation may involve receipts, transaction identifiers and subscription status. Do not send us your full payment card details.

2. Permissions and sensitive features

Some features may need access to photos, a camera, a microphone, notifications or other device capabilities. The app explains the purpose when requesting access. You can review or revoke permissions in iOS or Android settings; features that depend on them may then be unavailable.

For keyboard apps such as Clink, enabling a keyboard or granting additional access is a device permission, not by itself a statement that typed content is collected. Refer to the keyboard’s own notices for how input is processed and whether any feature sends content off your device. Avoid including passwords or other sensitive text in support messages.

ANTI accounts, purchases and Haptix licenses

The ANTI store uses your email address for sign-in codes, your account and purchase records. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Polar handles checkout and billing; ANTI receives order references, amounts, status and customer details needed to deliver your purchase. Resend delivers your requested sign-in codes. Vercel BotID checks sign-in and waitlist requests for automated abuse using browser and network signals, and may set essential security cookies for that purpose only. We store keyed hashes of rate-limit identifiers to limit repeated requests.

Haptix activation sends your license key, a hashed Mac identifier and the device label you choose to ANTI. We keep license and device records to enforce activation limits and help with transfers. The raw hardware identifier stays on your Mac. After activation, the supplied licensing integration checks its signed certificate locally, with no routine network checks or usage analytics.

Short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers help protect sign-in and activation. Hosting and payment providers may process technical request data for security and delivery. Contact us to request access or deletion of account data; purchase records may need to be retained for billing and legal obligations.

Sign in with ANTI

When you choose Sign in with ANTI on a connected site, ANTI shows you which site is requesting access. If you continue, we share your ANTI account identifier, email address and confirmation that you verified that address. We record email verification and keep short-lived sign-in requests and credentials to complete and protect the connection. Cancel to return without sharing these account details.

The connected site manages its own account and signed-in session. Signing out of ANTI does not sign you out of that site. Review its privacy notice for how it uses your account information.

Feedback and public progress

Website feedback is linked to your signed-in account. Where an app supports anonymous feedback, a random installation credential lets it retrieve its reports and follow issues without your email address. We store the report, its selected app and platform, and optional technical details you choose to send. Discord reports include a server and sender reference for moderation.

Reports enter a private inbox. Administrators can publish reviewed text on the public board or link a report to an existing issue. Account identifiers, private diagnostic details and original reports are not included in public responses. Following saves the issues you want to track; this feedback system does not send push notifications or email updates. Contact us to request removal of a report or correction of published text.

Private app accounts and optional purchase sharing

Where supported by an app, a private app account uses a random identifier without requiring your email, device name or keyboard content. We retain protected account credentials, purchase references and subscription status to validate purchases. Purchase sharing across platforms is off by default and requires your choice. You can turn it off again.

You may separately link an app account to your ANTI website account to manage it here. This associates the private app identifier with your website login; linking does not enable purchase sharing. You can unlink it or sign out app devices. Deleting a private app account removes its credentials and website link, while minimal purchase records may remain for billing and preventing fraudulent claims. Deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

We use store-provided purchase records and Apple’s available reports to understand app sales and performance. This does not add an analytics SDK or keyboard-input collection to our apps. Store reports follow Apple’s and Google’s own privacy settings and reporting rules.

Waitlists and launch emails

When you join a waitlist, we store your email address, selected waitlist, signup and confirmation dates, consent record, and email sending status. If you join while signed in, we also link the entry to your account to prevent duplicate signups. We use this information to confirm your signup and send updates about that waitlist through our email provider, Resend. You can unsubscribe using the link in any waitlist email. Unconfirmed addresses do not receive group updates.

We check email domains and use temporary, hashed rate-limit identifiers to reduce abuse. Unsubscribed and blocked records are retained to prevent unwanted messages. Contact contact@anti.ltd to request deletion of your waitlist data.

3. How information is used

Where we handle personal information, the purposes may include providing the features you request, saving preferences, validating purchases, responding to support requests, diagnosing faults, improving reliability, preventing misuse and meeting legal obligations.

Where UK or European data protection law applies, the relevant legal basis depends on the purpose: performing a contract to provide a requested service; legitimate interests such as maintaining a secure, reliable service, balanced against your rights; compliance with law; or your consent where required. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Sharing and third-party services

Information needed to operate an online feature may be processed by service providers, such as hosting, support or purchase-validation providers. Which providers receive information depends on the app and feature; consult the app-specific disclosures for details. We do not share information with analytics providers.

Apple, Google and any external service you choose to use handle information under their own privacy policies. This policy covers ANTI’s apps; it does not govern the independent processing carried out by those platforms.

We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

5. Retention and security

Personal information is retained for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing a service, resolving support issues and meeting legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. The appropriate period depends on the information and the app. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information being handled. No storage system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and deletion

You can manage permissions in your device settings and use any privacy or account controls provided in the app. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple or Google account; deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

Use an app’s reset or deletion controls, where available, to remove local information. Uninstalling generally removes app-local data, but may leave device backups, synced information or records held by an online service. Manage those separately through the relevant account or backup settings.

If an app provides an account, use its account-deletion option or contact us to request deletion of the account and associated personal information. You can also contact us to request deletion of information you have sent to support. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons; we will explain any applicable limits.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below and identify the app concerned. We may need proportionate information to verify your request.

You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

8. International processing

Where an app uses online services, information may be processed outside your country. When a transfer is subject to data protection restrictions, appropriate safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about transfers relevant to a particular app.

9. Children’s privacy

Check each app’s store listing and any app-specific notices for its intended audience and age requirements. Where a feature requires parental consent under applicable law, that consent must be obtained before the relevant processing. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us that should not have been collected, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our apps or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be brought to your attention in the relevant app, and consent will be requested for new processing that requires it.

11. Contact us

ANTI LTD is responsible for personal information it handles under this policy. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email contact@anti.ltd. Include the app name and whether you use iOS or Android so we can identify the relevant service.
